•       Natural products may have slight batch-to-batch variations in colour, texture, or scent — this is normal and does not indicate a defect

•       Product weights listed are approximate — natural handmade products may vary by ±5%

Ingredient Transparency

All ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product packaging. We strongly recommend reading the full ingredient list before purchase, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We are not liable for reactions arising from failure to review listed ingredients.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a full store credit or exchange.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time of your order confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

•       UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps)

•       Net Banking

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) — subject to availability at your pin code

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to a ₹150 to ₹ 250 handling charge added at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay at delivery will result in the order being marked as refused and may restrict your ability to place future COD orders.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Navtara Organics does not store any payment card information on our servers.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and will issue a full store credit in such cases.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched, by emailing to : navtaraorganics@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or delivery restrictions to your location. You will be notified promptly and issued full store credit.

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

•       We ship from Bhilwara, Rajasthan across India

•       Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch

•       Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

•       Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

•       15-day return window from date of delivery

•       No cash refunds — store credit, exchange, or partial refund for damaged items only

•       Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

•       Damaged, wrong, or lost items resolved at no cost to you

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photography, logo, brand name, and design — is the intellectual property of Navtara Organics and is protected under Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing our content on social media with proper credit is welcome and appreciated.

Our products are intended for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

•       Perform a patch test before first full use — apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours

•       Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs

•       Consult a dermatologist or medical professional if you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are nursing before using any new product

•       Keep products out of reach of children

•       Store products as directed on the label — away from direct sunlight and heat

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Navtara Organics shall not be liable for:

•       Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website

•       Allergic reactions arising from failure to perform a patch test or from known ingredient sensitivities

•       Delays in delivery caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control

•       Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Our products are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated on the product label and our website. We do not claim that our products will treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any skincare benefits described are based on the known properties of natural ingredients and are not medical claims.

By using our website, you agree not to:

•       Use the website for any unlawful purpose

•       Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
