Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed from our facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Once you place an order, here is what happens:
• Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase
• Order verified and packed within 1–2 business days
• Dispatch confirmation email with tracking number sent once shipped
• Estimated delivery as per the timeframes in Section 2
During peak seasons, festival sales, or new launches, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively via email.

Express Delivery
Express shipping is available at checkout for select pin codes at an additional charge of ₹xxx. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders follow the same delivery timelines as standard prepaid orders. A handling charge of ₹50 is added at checkout for all COD orders.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Navtara Organics is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your tracking number
• The name of our courier partner
• A direct link to track your shipment
You can also track your order at any time by visiting [EDIT: navtaraorganics.in/pages/track-order] and entering your order number and email address.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at [EDIT: navtaraorganics@gmail.com].
5. Courier Partners
We currently ship through the following courier partners depending on your pin code and order type:
• Shiprocket network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart)
• India Post Speed Post — for remote and rural pin codes
• Dunzo / local courier — for Bhilwara city deliveries (same / next day)
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier for your location to ensure the best delivery experience.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned to us if:
• The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete
• The recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• The package was refused at delivery
• The pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners
In such cases:
• We will notify you by email or phone once the package is returned to us
• You may request a re-shipment — additional shipping charges will apply
• If you choose not to reship, store credit will be issued for the product value only (not original shipping charges)
• COD orders that are undelivered will not be eligible for store credit until the product is returned to us
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible external damage to the packaging, please:
• Take photographs of the outer box and the product before opening fully
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [ navtaraorganics@gmail.com]
• Include your order number and photos in your email
We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no cost to you. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
8. International Shipping
Navtara Organics currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand globally in the future — follow us on social media for updates.
