We offer FREE return pickup for all approved returns — you never have to worry about courier costs or dropping packages off. Just WhatsApp us and we handle the rest.

 

Important: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All valid returns are resolved via store credit or product exchange only.

1. Our Promise to You

At Navtara Organics, every product is handcrafted in small batches using pure, natural botanical ingredients. We take great pride in the quality of what we make — and we stand fully behind every item we send out.

If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. This policy explains exactly how we handle returns, exchanges, and store credit — written in plain language with no hidden clauses.

We are a small, passionate team. If anything goes wrong, please reach out to us on WhatsApp first — most issues are resolved within hours without a formal return process.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

       Return request is raised within 15 days of your delivery date

       Product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition

       Original packaging, seals, labels, and any inserts are fully intact

       You have your order number or proof of purchase ready

       The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (see Section 3)

       You contact us via WhatsApp or phone before sending anything back

 

The 15-day window starts from the date your order was delivered — not the date you received our dispatch confirmation. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances:

       Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used in any way

       Products purchased during a sale, at a discounted price, or as part of any promotion

       Custom or personalized orders made specifically to your request

 

The following items are fully returnable under this policy (subject to eligibility conditions in Section 2):

       Unopened, sealed products purchased at full price

       Gift cards — not returnable, but valid for 12 months from date of issue and transferable

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible before initiating a return, just WhatsApp us and we will confirm within a few hours.

4. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be approved by our team before you send anything back. The process is simple:

 

Step 1 — WhatsApp or Call Us

Message us on WhatsApp at [EDIT: +91 6376270565] or call us during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM IST). Tell us:

       Your name and order number

       The product(s) you wish to return

       The reason for the return

 

Step 2 — We Review Your Request

Our team will respond within 1 business day. If your return is approved, we will share the next steps and schedule a free pickup from your address.

 

Step 3 — Free Pickup Arranged

We will schedule a courier pickup from your doorstep at a time convenient for you — completely free of charge. Please pack the product securely in the original packaging before the pickup arrives. Do not use the product box itself as the outer shipping package — place it inside a mailer bag or a plain box.

 

Step 4 — We Receive & Inspect

Once the product is returned to us, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and notify you of the outcome by WhatsApp or email.

Returns sent without prior approval from our team will be refused and returned to sender. Please always contact us first.

5. What You Will Receive

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are resolved in one of the following two ways — your choice:

 

Option A — Store Credit / Gift Card

We issue store credit equal to the full value of the returned product(s). Your credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any Navtara Organics purchase — including sale items. Store credit is issued within 2 business days of approving your return.

 

Option B — Product Exchange

We replace your returned product with a different product of your choice, subject to availability. How exchanges work:

       If the replacement product is the same price — no extra charge

       If the replacement is higher in value — you pay only the difference

       If the replacement is lower in value — the balance is issued as store credit

       Exchange shipments are dispatched within 7–10 business days of receiving your return

If your preferred exchange product is out of stock, we will offer you the next best alternative or issue store credit instead.

6. Situations We Always Resolve — No Questions Asked

In the following situations, we take complete responsibility and arrange a resolution at absolutely zero cost to you — no forms, no long waits, just a quick WhatsApp message to us:

 

Product Arrived Damaged

If your product arrived cracked, broken, leaking, or physically damaged during transit, please:

       Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product

       WhatsApp us the photos within 48 hours of delivery

We will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue full store credit — whichever you prefer.

 

Wrong Item Delivered

If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will:

       Arrange a free pickup of the wrong item

       Dispatch the correct item at no additional cost

       Prioritize your replacement shipment

 

Allergic Reaction

We formulate every product with care and list all ingredients transparently. However, individual skin sensitivities vary. If you experience an allergic reaction:

       Stop using the product immediately

       Consult a doctor or dermatologist

       WhatsApp us with the product name, batch number (on the label), and a description of the reaction

We will review your case and arrange a full store credit or exchange. We may request a doctor's note for severe reactions. We are not liable for reactions arising from known pre-existing allergies to listed ingredients or failure to perform a patch test.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full application.

 

Order Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will:

       File a claim with our courier partner — this typically takes 3–5 business days to investigate

       Once confirmed lost, reship your order or issue full store credit — your choice

       Keep you updated throughout the process

7. Return Shipping — Always Free

Unlike many brands, we cover 100% of return shipping costs for all approved returns — regardless of the reason. Here is how it works for each scenario:

Free pickup is available for all serviceable pin codes in India. For pin codes not covered by our courier partners, we will reimburse actual shipping charges up to ₹[EDIT: set your max reimbursement, e.g. ₹100] upon submission of the courier receipt.

8. Processing Timeline

Once your return reaches us, here is exactly what happens and when:

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always keep you informed via WhatsApp if there is any delay.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Here is how:

       We will confirm the cancellation within a few hours

 

If cancelled within 24 hours and before dispatch:

       Full store credit issued within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation

       No cash refund — store credit only

 

If cancellation is requested after dispatch:

       The order cannot be stopped once it has been handed to the courier

       You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy

       Return shipping will be arranged free of charge as per Section 7

 

COD Orders:

Our Cash on Delivery policy is currently being finalized. [EDIT: Update this section once you decide on COD — e.g. 'COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charge.']

If you need to change your delivery address or make any other modification to an order, please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

10. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all eligible unused, unopened products within 15 days of delivery. Key things to know:

       Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request

       We will suggest alternatives if your first choice is out of stock

       You can exchange for a completely different product — not just the same item

       No exchange on opened, used, sale, or custom products

       Exchange shipments carry the same quality guarantee as your original order

We want you to love what you get from us. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just talk to us — we will always find a way to make it right.

11. Gifts & Gift Orders

If you received a Navtara Organics product as a gift and wish to return or exchange it:

       Share the order number from the original purchaser or your gift receipt with us on WhatsApp

       Store credit or exchange will be issued in your name — the original purchaser will not be informed

       The same eligibility conditions apply — product must be unused and in original packaging

If the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.

12. Disputes & Escalation

We resolve the vast majority of concerns quickly and amicably. If you feel your issue has not been addressed fairly:

       Ask to speak with our senior team member via WhatsApp — we will escalate within 1 business day

       File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 (toll-free)

       Approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India.
